During a cacao ceremony you’ll sit, recognise what we you’re grateful for, set anintention, and prepare and drink a cacao beverage. Whitby Wellbeing run regular cacao ceremonies, including monthly new and full moon ceremonies, and you’ll leave feeling energised, grounded, and ready for anything.
