Finding Support

What’s out there to CONNECT me or those I support to the help we need?

Look. No. Further.

In forming the wellbeing network, one thing we heard a lot was, it’s hard to know whats available for support when and where you need it. Well, we aim to start making those connections starting with putting the best local wellbeing support directories in one place, and that’s right here. Scroll down to CONNECT to the help that’s out there…

In the future, and as part of our proposed wellbeing pathway development, we hope to link peoples self-assessed needs up to an easy to navigate and fully inclusive ‘pathway’ where supports that are available and details to get in touch are all in one place. CLICK HERE to sign up to the network and get involved.
