A simple, profound practice, developed by Gabrielle Roth, led by Liz Collier.
Moving through a wave of music, exploring a range of spontaneous movements, following your body to an inspiring playlist.
You will be guided by Liz, who has over 25 years experience of dancing, assisting and teaching this practice across the UK and beyond.

Please wear comfortable clothes to move in, bring your own water bottle.
