BeStill CIC is a community interest company based in Redcar and working across Teesside, dedicated to helping people cultivate mindfulness in a way that is practical, accessible, and impactful.
They specialise in teaching what mindfulness is and how it can be applied to everyday life to promote positive behaviour change and support mental well-being.
Their sessions provide simple, effective mindfulness techniques that can be easily integrated into daily routines to help reduce stress, improve focus, and enhance overall well-being.
